Journey Through the Obstacles

Every journey worth taking comes with obstacles.

Sometimes it’s a closed door.
Sometimes it’s a quiet season where nothing seems to move.
Sometimes it’s your own fear whispering that you’re not enough.

But every obstacle is a chance to grow stronger.
Every struggle has the potential to build something in you that comfort never could.

God never promised the road would be smooth. But He did promise to walk with you.

He sees the tears you cry when no one else does.
He knows how heavy the weight feels when you’re trying to do the right thing in a world that keeps pulling the other way.

And He’s not finished with your story.

So don’t give up when it gets hard. Don’t quit when it feels like no one sees the effort you’re putting in. Because this journey—with all its ups and downs—is shaping you into someone stronger, wiser, and more like Christ.

Keep going. Through the obstacles, through the pain, through the doubt. There’s purpose in every step.

When the Journey Feels Endless

Some days, my heart just hurts. Today is one of those days.

Not because of my own pain, but because I look around and wonder…
Do people even care anymore?

The world moves fast.
We scroll past suffering, silence conviction, soften truth—and when we dare to stand firm, we’re often mocked, judged, or misunderstood.

There’s so much work to do for Christ—lives to reach, love to give, grace to share—
but there’s so little time.

It feels heavy, doesn’t it?

When you know eternity is real…
When you see people chasing comfort over Christ—not pursuing the truth that God reveals—it breaks your heart, because you know eternity is at stake
When the gospel becomes background noise…
You ache.

Because we weren’t made to coast through life.
We were made to carry light into darkness.
To love deeply. To live fully for Jesus.

But here’s the hard truth:
The world may not care.

It may mock your faith.
Ignore your prayers.
Reject your love.

But Jesus does care.
And His Spirit in you still moves—even when it feels like no one’s listening.

So don’t stop.
Don’t grow numb.
Don’t silence the cry in your heart.

If your heart hurts for what hurts His,
you are exactly where you’re supposed to be.

There is still time.
There is still hope.
And even when it feels like no one sees—God does.

So let your heart hurt…
But let it move you to act, love, pray, and keep going.

Because what you do for Christ always matters—even if it hurts, even if your heart aches, it’s worth it in the end.

The Final Journey

When the end of my story comes, I don’t want to be known for what I did or what I achieved. I want to be known for the way I loved. For the way I held on to hope when everything felt hopeless. For the way I kept believing God was good, even when I was too broken to say it out loud.

I want them to say, “She was faithful.”

Not because I was strong, but because I let God be strong for me. Because I kept getting back up when life knocked me down. Because I chose to forgive even when it hurt. Because I kept loving even when my heart was tired.

I think about all the days I’ve fallen short. All the prayers I whispered when I was too weak to stand. All the times I felt like giving up but didn’t. Those are the moments I hope matter most.

I want my life to echo faithfulness—to the God who held me through it all, and to the people who needed love most.

When my story is over and I see His face, I just want to hear, “Well done, my child. You were faithful.”

That’s the legacy I want to leave.
